Vote for Ron Paul

As some of you may have gathered from certain posts, I am a Libertarian. I’m what you would call a real patriot because I value my freedoms above all else. I want to make sure the federal government does not pass laws they don’t have the right to pass. Ron Paul is the candidate I’m supporting and if you care about this country, you should support him, too. Ron Paul is a representative from Texas (my home state) and is running in the Republican primary. He was in the Air Force in the 60’s and is a doctor as well as a Congressman. There’s so much more information out there and I can’t cover it on this one page. But, if anyone cares about the upcoming presidential election, you might want to consider the underdog. Ron Paul, who wasn’t allowed in early debates is now leading in polls where he is featured.

- Follow the Constitution
- Lower taxes, we all like lower taxes
- Cut national spending
- Secure the borders
- New foreign policy to stop spreading ourselves too thin and to stop acting like an empire
- Get out of Iraq and bring our troops home now
- Protect personal liberties
- Marriage should be left to the states
- Health care should be given back to the system and taken out of the hands of the drug companies and HMOs
- Allow young people to get out of social security while still aiding those who’ve already paid into it
- Protect the value of the dollar
