Over the past couple of years I have also purchased my costume online as you can get them fairly cheap and then you don’t have to spend a lot of time or effort into making your costume. However, I noticed that some of the handmade costumes can actually be some of the more unique and cooler Halloween costumes.

I always think I want to make my costume, then I can’t decide what to make, I procrastinate, and then I just have to buy one anyway. This year I’m buying something incredible early. I’m going to rule my college this year!

Renting from a theatre is something I’ve never thought of. That’s a great idea!

I also try to make them myself. But sometimes you don’t have ideas, time or you’re just too lazy. If something like that happens try to rent a costume from a theatre – they usually have the rental service, the price isn’t very high and you can be sure your costume is professional and well made.

I always make my costumes myself. It is sometimes more fun then the halloween itself. I buy things from the shop or find them at home. Anyway it is usually very cheap. And you can be creative!

Yes I would most certainly purchase a costume online rather than rent one. Most good online costume sites offer free shipping as well, so it is a win win….

Well, it’s getting down to the wire and I, like you enjoy a good pointless holiday. My favorite is Arbor Day, but halloween is up there. While I hate buying costumes, I have to admit that it’s the most efficient… Gone are the days of sifting through the Salvation Army’s best…
